Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment time to provide all relevant information to our salon co-ordinator, and provide you time to relax before your appointment.
Children:
We strive to provide a relaxing environment for our customers and ask you to make certain that children are adequately supervised. In our salon there are very sharp scissors as well as chemicals in use. These both could be a hazard if children are not supervised.
Appointment Cancellation:
Please provide us with 48 hours cancellation notice. This will allow us time to accommodate other clients on our waiting list.
Should you not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the price for the schedule service.
Clothing for Up-Styles:
If you have an appointment for up-style, please make certain to where a top that it button-up so that your up-style doesn't get damaged when changing into your clothes for your particular event.

Assures that all record cards are pulled andschedules printed for the following day’s appointments, as needed

- Entertainment: Our entertainment lineup has been finalized, and just keeps getting cooler and cooler. In addition to headliner Third Eye Blind, we have Austin-based singer/songwriter Bob Schneider, lots of local favorites including the Killdares, the Orbans, Telegraph Canyon and more; and special children's entertainment in the morning including the Side Street Circus, an ensemble of multi-talented performers featuring music, juggling, mime and magic. Check under the entertainment tab for artists and times.
- Food vendors: we are looking for some tasty treats along with the great eats offered by downtown restaurants. Get your Fletcher's Corny Dogs and more!
