Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
We understand that life happens, things come up that are out of our control. However, if you have a scheduled appointment with your stylist, and are unable to make it, please contact reception in a timely fashion. Many times, there are clients on a waiting list that could have taken your time slot.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment a $25 fee will be charged to your next appointment.
If you have not called us to cancel and do not arrive to your appointment, please note that a $50 no-show fee will be charged to your next appointment.
If this fee if not paid within 7 weeks of cancellation or no show, we will send you a bill for the cancellation fee and / no-show fees on your account via email and/or mail. This will need to be paid within 15 days.
Reminders calls are just that, a reminder. Please ensure you write your appointment information down somewhere where you can easily find it. If scheduled in advance, the information about your next appointment can be found on your receipt from your last appointment. Not receiving a reminder call from us, or before the 24 hours prior to your appointment, does not make the above policies void.

Deposit on Services:
Due to an increasing number of no-show and no-calls occurring on
services that require larger time periods, we now require a 50%
non-refundable deposit on the following services*:
● Brazilian Blowout Treatments
● Keratin Treatments
● Color Correction Services
● Extensions, Toppers, Toupees, Wigs, etc
● Bridal Services (Hair, makeup, etc. for all clients booked for that wedding)
The deposit will be put toward your services on the day of your appointment. However, if you cancel within 3 days (72 hours) the full deposit will be forfeited. If you no-show the full deposit will be forfeited.
